Villa Xaguar is a group of five separate Mediterranean-style villas surrounded by large trees and gardens. There is a delightful pool and a cenote with a deck in the middle of them. The villas are located 10 minutes away walking from town and just 45 meters away from the beach. You can walk to everything!

This 4 bedroom villa is in 3 levels. Located on the 1st level there are 2 bedrooms each with 2 full sized beds and a beautiful terrace located above the pool area. The 2nd level provides the living area, 1 bedroom with 2 full sized beds, satellite TV, and air conditioning or fans. The Master bedroom is located on level 3 . This suite has a terrace with hammocks & couch where you can relax . All bedrooms have a private bath with either a tub or shower. You will see spectacular panoramic views and even Cozumel Island at night while you unwind in your rooftop Jacuzzi!
