This recently renovated 2 story luxury villa is situated on the 18-hole Von Hagge Championship Golf Course. Casa Ana has the added benefit of being a part of the exclusive Club Real community. Another benefit is that Villa Ana may be rented as either a 3 or 4 bedroom home. When booked as a 4 bedroom home, guests may stay in the bungalow which has California King Bed and full bath which is located separate but attached to the main house .

Club Real is a private sector of Playacar and has it's own 24 hour private security guards. The home is nestled on a cul-de-sac and gives access only for renters and homeowners. A wooded pathway leads you to the 2 tennis courts and 2 large swimming pools, both of which have a shallow area especially designed for the younger children. Both pool areas have been built with a section of covered palapa (thatch roof) for those of us who need a bit of shade now and then. Each pool also has a private bathroom. Downtown Playa del Carmen is less than 10 minutes away by car or taxi.

Casa Ana features a full kitchen with dining area, a large living room, play room and 3-4 bedrooms. There are 4 bathrooms. Inside you will find designer d�cor boasting imported hand crafted furniture from Bali and superb luxurious mattresses and linens. This home has a private pool with a cascading water fall, upper and lower terraces, a tropical garden and can boast views of spectacular sunsets! This is all in addition to the stunning view and a walk out to one of the Rivera�s most prestigious golf courses. Three bedrooms have sleigh teak beds with European custom king mattress. The master bedroom has a four poster oversized king bed and a full size spa- like en-suite. Your stay at Villa Ana includes maid service 3 times a week plus daily pool service with the exception of Sunday. For those who really want to indulge themselves, a personal cook can be booked. She will even do the grocery shopping for you! The home has air conditioning with remote controlled splits in each bedroom. For your home leisure entertainment, we have 2 TV with Cable, DVD and internet service.

Nearby are the beautiful beaches and the Von Hagge Championship Golf Course and Playacar Golf Clubhouse. The aviary, cenotes, great dive spots and so much more! Downtown Playa Del Carmen is less than 5 minutes away by car or taxi for the fabulous restaurants and great shopping or for the brand-new theaters. There is a wide choice of worldwide known car rental companies. Tourist information and daytrips are offered plentiful at Quinta Avenida. A ferryboat can take you from downtown Playa to the island Cozumel (the divers paradise) in less than one hour! Visit Tulum for the only archeological Mayan ruins on a beach, or a swim with the dolphins at Puerto Aventuras Why not take a regional airline from the small airport in downtown for a trip that takes you to the Mayan ruins deep inside the Mexico jungle or Guatemala or maybe you just come to enjoy the sun at your private pool with typical Mexican food that was just delivered at your villa. Whatever reason you have to come to Playa Del Carmen you have a choice to do a lot or nothing at all.
