The freshwater pool is maintained daily by our caretaker who resides in separate quarters on the property. The maid will keep everything clean, stocked and worry-free. If you're ready to take a tour or need assistance with anything, the bilingual property manager is available to assist you in any way. A phone, safe and purified water are provided at the villa. It is easy to get to Playacar from the Cancun Airport. It is a 40 minute cab ride or you can rent a car and drive down on the new highway; from Cozumel, the trip is a 40 minute ferry ride.

This secluded private villa has air conditioning, pool, laundry, television and a full kitchen. The grounds include beautiful tropical gardens, with patio and private sun deck. Security and maid services (3 times a week) are provided. The house is a short walk to beach, downtown Playa del Carmen, or the ferry to Cozumel.
