The home is located in a private development with 24 hour security and bottled water is delivered directly to you. As a guest of Casa Chaac, you will feel a world away from the hustle & bustle of town, yet downtown Playa del Carmen with its fabulously chic Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue pedestrian walkway)and the ferry to Cozumel Island are a only a 5 minute walk from the house!
