Playacar Phase I, known as the most prestigious neighborhood of Playa del Carmen, is a gated community with 24 hour private security where you will find the more exclusive homes of the area. These homes are situated just steps from the crystalline blue waters of the Caribbean and all are either oceanfront or have the ocean nearby.

The newest private gated community of Playa del Carmen, known Playacar Phase II, is a planned upscale and secure neighborhood on and around the 18 Hole Championship Von Hagge Golf Course. The exclusive homes in this community are ideally located just a 10-15 minute walk (3-5 minute taxi ride) to the ferry to Cozumel Island and the shopping, restaurants and exciting nightlife of downtown Playa del Carmen, yet are situated amongst cobblestoned and beautifully manicured, tree lined streets.

Puerto Aventuras is an upscale marine community located just 20 minutes south of Playa del Carmen and less than an hour from the Cancun International Airport. Just 25 minutes further south are the ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum built on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean. While a delightful variety of secluded beaches, Mayan ruins, freshwater cenotes and incredible dive locations are all within a short drive from Puerto Aventuras, there are ample activities to keep one entertained.

Playa del Secreto means "Secret Beach" in Spanish, and a secret is what this beautiful residential community remains. This is a private community of homeowners, with under a dozen homes. The residents and property owners of Playa del Secreto are committed to preserving Playa del Secreto as a peaceful, tranquil, private location by controlling growth and development of the beach. While large hotel and condo projects are springing up along the coast, Playa del Secreto will hopefully remain as a beach community of privately owned fine homes and villas.
